Our beach oysters are grown on the Eastern Side of Vancouver Island & are named after Evening Cove. These oysters are beach cultured in the intertidal zone which gives them a fluted hard shell & makes for a beautiful presentation. Their meats are firm, fresh, clean with a mildly briny flavour.
